Saule Kilaite is a Lithuanian-born solo violinist, performance artist, composer and writer. Her style blends the worlds of classical, ethnic and modern music, and her works range from music to multimedia performances, from creating and directing theatre pieces to writing novels. In addition to a number of recordings of previously unreleased pieces, her discography contains original interpretations for solo violin of well-known pop music covers, reinterpretations of famous classical music pieces, soundtracks and pieces from the ethnic tradition of various countries around the world. We had the pleasure of listening to her violin at a very special event, Sabine and Riccardo‘s pink wedding at Villa Pizzo, where she played pieces that left everyone breathless, including the bride and groom, who enjoyed her performance so much.
